The Founder
Kirsten's Story
Kirsten Janeczko, a dedicated nurse by profession, had spent several years working within the healthcare industry, primarily in hospitals. Throughout her career, she had the privilege of collaborating with colleagues like Maria. However, Kirsten couldn’t help but feel disheartened by the way staffing and patient care were managed in many of the healthcare facilities she encountered.
Fueled by her commitment to improving the healthcare system, Kirsten made a pivotal decision. She resolved to establish her own nurse staffing company, driven by a vision of providing superior healthcare services through a more efficient and compassionate approach. It was a bold leap from the role of a nurse to that of an entrepreneur, but Kirsten’s determination and desire for change propelled her forward.
Encouraged by a fellow head nurse who recognized her dedication and potential, Kirsten embarked on her entrepreneurial journey. Today, Kirsten Janeczko is the proud owner of a thriving nurse staffing company, where she and her team work tirelessly to supply healthcare institutions with the skilled and caring nurses they need to deliver top-notch patient care. In addition to this achievement, Kirsten has expanded her business ventures, now owning a health and beauty rental space mobile staffing solution, further making a positive impact in both the healthcare and beauty industries.
